I have a free landing voucher from FLYER Magazine burning a hole in my pocket, for Thruxton, which looks like an interesting airfield with two grass and two asphalt runways.  The airport is on Thruxton motor racing circuit, which has driving experiences and karting. There is also a seven day a week cafe, the Jackeroo.

The recent good weather looks like stretching into early next week, so does anyone fancy meeting up there on Monday 8th?

Great to see 4 Tri-Gear Europa's, & a Liberty XL2 lined up on the Apron & Thruxton today. Those who attended enjoyed the splendid food available from the Jackeroo cafe, and the scintillating conversation of the pilot's willing to share their knowledge and tips, on everything Europa. Everyone came away a little wiser (at least I certainly did )
