In a word, flying the CJ-6A was fantastic. It is a very honest and true aircraft. It actually flys a great deal like an RV-4 or RV-6 with the exception being the control forces are somewhat higher. I had no problem getting familiar with the plane and quickly found that keeping the ball centered and maintaining my altitude very easy. Brian ran me through an aileron roll once and then let me have a go at it. Yup, it took a while to get that grin off my face!

I'd like to thank Brian once again for providing a wonderful afternoon of fun and enjoyment. Taking a CJ-6A for a test run is certainly a rare experience and one that I will remember for a long time. Flying in the CJ-6A is the closest thing to flying a warbird I've ever had the opportunity to enjoy.
